I agree. Obviously the coaches will put the best guys out there. I'm just throwing out all the possibilities/likelihoods. It's a change that could happen and I've been told that Birkeland is extremely good at blocking from the center position. It's just that snap thing that gets in the way. It should be noted that Lulay still had some trouble with the snaps even when Bolton got in there, so it may not be fair to blame it all on Birkeland.
Whatever the case it won't be a change to cover a problem, but a change to make the line that much better. It's a good sign. I don't like it when we have to move guys from one position to another. That tells me we're just plugging leaks in our depth chart and it tends to be a perpetual thing.

I think Saucedo, Hirst, and Jensen are givens if they stay healthy, and the rest will be fighting for time. You got to love having options though DeCock looks great but he had those false start problems in the past. HOpefully he is over that. If he is I think he gets a spot with Birkland moving back to center.
