Jeff Bolton was named the lineman of the year, for I-AA football this year (oddly, he wasn't named to the all star team). Travis Lulay split as the all-star punter with Ingle Martin, another QB/punter.

The way I read it is that all the award winners are included with the others on the all star team
if you're keeping score, France gave us Burgundy wine, cigarettes, berets, B.O., brie and the Napoleon complex-Bill Simmons

It has to be like that because Meyer and Gocong also are missing.

You guys are probably right. Congrats Jeff and Travis. I am glad neither of them will be in the lineup next year.
