FYI tommorrow is the first day of the fall signing period for quite a few sports , most notably men's and womens' basketball (sorry no football). I hear we will sign two Highschool seniors 6-9 Center Travis Derochowski, of Western Menonite Highschool and 5-11 point guard Corey Davis of West Salem. Unless something surprising happens that should be it for the fall. We will have 3 scholarships to fill this spring.
On the womens side I don't know of any signies, but they may well have some. Over the past couple months I have heard of a couple outstanding Big girls we lost out to "larger schools" (Oregon and Wyoming) still we were second on these girls list a head of some pretty quality schools. I am real curiuos to see the quality of recruits she can bring in with a whole summer of recruiting behind her. The women will have 4-5 scholarships to fill this year so it should be interesting.
