Portland State hasn't won in Washington Grizzly stadium since joining the Big Sky. Granted, Portland State always gives the Griz a good game in PGE park, but Missoula is the most difficult stadium to play at in I-AA.

Portland State's Big Sky Championship and I-AA playoff dreams will come to an end in the house that Denny Washington built next Saturday.

And I don't think the Ghecko is one of us either. I don't know many people who use Y'all in Missoula and Refer to Griz Stadium as the house that Denny Washington built. It's the house that Read built my friend.

Yeah, me too, not only 'cause it would mean that we run the rest of the table, but because perhaps - just perhaps - it could mean that whichever set of fans takes the loss, will throw in with the "other" Montana school. Too much to hope?

Um...'fraid he is. Not the part about playing for the title. But the part about his glee in Lulay's agony. 1. Why take pleasure in a college kids eyes who play their guts out while guys like silly swilly sit on their ass and pound down beers? and 2. We win.

Not to mention - the post in wrong anyway. Last year the game was for nothing but pride. Cat's couldn't make the playoffs even if we won, and Griz were in regardless...

Literally, Dennis Washington and his company built Washington Grizzly stadium. Thus, the reference is proper, although unconventional.
