Did anyone else notice the baseball cap that he wore through the entire game?

It was purpler and white and said MAFU???

Why would a coach not wear his own school's hat? :?:

I noticed that too. I tried to come up with words that related to the supposed acronym, but I couldn't.

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

Let me "Tackle" this one. I know of Coach Mac because I went to Utah State when he was coaching at Utah. He wore the same hat at Utah, only it was red and white there.

The "MAFU" thing is some type of motto and coaching philosophy he has. If I remember corectly is stands for, "Mental Attittude and I think the last part is Family Unity." It has been a while but I think it was something like that. If you went to Utefans.net I am sure they could tell you.

Much thanks for the explaination-I was wondering about that during the game too. I like McBride. I think he's going to be good for Weber (he already has been)

You are right Belgrade, look at the improvement he has made on that team in his first year. Wait until he has been there for three years. I predict Weber will be competing for conference championships. I am glad the Cats have them at home next year, there gonna be tough next year.

And there will probably still be no Weber fans on line to discuss the game with.
