..... Again?

We got a heck of a lot players in the past from Erickson as drop downs, do you think we can once again benefit from that?

Excellent point. I hope you are right.

He will have a much better pipeline now than he did at Idaho, anyway.

Without a doubt! He is so fiercely loyal to MSU that it's visions of Jim Sweeney again. We'll continue to get kids from June and Jerry, Dennis, Mike Price, Sonny (grudgingly) and probably the Huge Human in a few years. We'll also keep getting young assistants and after they've developed, watch them go back to their head coaches. This whole process is going to benefit everybody involved, maybe us more than any, except as BAC always says, the roll punt is the wave of the future.

We took a transfer from UNLV this past year that worked out alright. As hard as it is to believe there are worse teams than Idaho, UNLV could be just that.

We had a need for the same type of receiver June would stockpile, not the kind in the UNLV offense. June will release quarterbacks and running backs in a heartbeat. Dennis likes a taller kid and that's one of the reasons we got Junior and Tyler. We got those kids when we really didn't have much else but a good line coach--where's he going to go? Can't even remember his name other than he left us to go to Corvallis--played for Dennis in Miami.

I guess the point being, I hope whoever Fields hires in the event the Huge Human goes, they get along with and know MSU. You all may not like this, but Dennehey is good friends with all of these guys. And deep down in his heart he'll always be grateful to the school that gave him his start
