Great job fans! Way to show up and be a factor.
Let's hope we get the chance to do it again in Bozeman next week.

Yes ASU is real good. Dy-no-mite. We were just lucky to get in. You guys could probably play your second team and still beat us, but I'm sure you already knew that. We'll come in and get you ready for the YSU-NH winner. You guys will probably play/beat UMass or Montana for the title. The Furman folks said they wouldn't be in reverse either, but they're a far cry from ASU. You guys killed them 40-7 or something like that.SeattleApp wrote:Congrats on the win today. But let me serve notice that App won't be in reverse the way Furman was all afternoon. Have a safe trip and we are lookin forward to introducing you to the So Con Champs!
Funny thing is I thought the exact same thing. I listened to the whole game and in the middle when we started pulling ahead by a lot...i said i was dreaming. My family had to tell me that this was the real deal. OMG LETS WIN AGAIN!!!! ITS LIKE A FAIRYTALE!!!!!! GO CATS!!!!!!!! LETS KICK SOME APP BUTT!!!torrybruce wrote:I came home after the game, and a few celebratory beers at the tailgate, took a little nap and thought I woke up from a dream. BRING ON APPY!!!
It's not a fluke we've won 25 straight home games. We don't look past anyone. Our coach has been in the game for over 20 years. He knows how to handle it every week. We're in the final eight. There are no weaklings left.crazycat wrote:Yes ASU is real good. Dy-no-mite. We were just lucky to get in. We played the #2 team in the nation (Griz) at their place to a virtual draw (and should have won). I like our chances and more going to AP State. The Cats won't play in any tougher place to play than Missoula so if they focus and play the game turnover free for the most part it will go down to the wire. Should be a hard hitting game. Bring your band aids.T-Dog wrote:It's not a fluke we've won 25 straight home games. We don't look past anyone. Our coach has been in the game for over 20 years. He knows how to handle it every week. If you come and play like Coastal did in the first half, it won't be a game, but I don't see that happening.
Thats funny. Whatever you need to tell yourself, Cardiac.... Cats lost the game and were outplayed in all three phases of the game. It was not a virtual Draw...it was a virtual 13-7 Grizzly victory.CARDIAC_CATS wrote: We played the #2 team in the nation (Griz) at their place to a virtual draw (and should have won). I hope the Cats play better than they did against the Griz. App. State has to be considered the best team in the country right now and I would give them a bigger home field advantange than Montana.
Now, for your other comment. It was a close score but the Cats did not play Montana to a virtual draw. For crying out loud, the Cats only had 6 first downs the entire game. Simply put, the Cats were outplayed on offense, defense and special teams. In reality, your actually lucky that the score was only 13-7.
Now, go beat App State but get over the Griz/Cat game. You lost and you should have lost. Montana was a better team that day.
I agree with you. But maybe we should hope that App keeps this attitude, gets lazy, we win, baby!CARDIAC_CATS wrote:We played the #2 team in the nation (Griz) at their place to a virtual draw (and should have won).
