Halftime thoughts?

Post by DevilHawk » Sat Nov 25, 2006 2:05 pm

I'll admit, my main thought is wondering whether I can see us play in Boone next week.

Rolovich looks healthy, if not immensely effective. Truthfully, the lead is as large is it is mostly because of some lucky breaks. Of course, our defense makes its own luck, so I'll take it.

Just heard a great quote from Kramer's halftime interview:

"Our defense is serving us a feast, but the offense is just nibbling at the salad."

"New York, New York, a city so nice they named it twice. Manhattan is the other name."

My thought is there are still 30 minutes to play and anything can happen.

ESPN says the Cats are up 24-0 at the half.

24-0 MSU leads!

Those were some big plays that didn't quite go, Tito dropping it and a big catch called back. If we get a few of those to actually work in this half, we should be golden!

Cats need to keep up the defensive pressure and at least score another 2 touchdowns.

I've been calling a friend that's at the game and he says it's the best Cat game he's been to.
