What's the status on our athletic debt?

Why was I thinking this should have been paid off already? Does anyone know the actual amount left to pay off?
My reason for asking stems from the Chronicle's story this morning on MSU wanting to build the sky suites.

Anyone?

I also thought I read early in the year that we were supposed to have paid the debt off in July so who knows.
