Tickets for the Weber Game

Post by KGKat » Wed Oct 25, 2006 8:22 pm

I am in need of a pair of tix for this weekend. Anybody have a pair that they are not going to be able to use?

Go grab yourself a pair while there are still some left and they will be waiting for you at will call!

Does anyone know how many tickets are left for the game?

I just called the ticket office. It sounds like there is 500 seats left.

How many tickets are they selling? I thought I heard they sold almost 15,000 tickets to the last home game, considering that our capacity is 13,500 I figured some of those people didn't go to the game.

What is the start time for this game. My tickets say noon, but the website says 1:37. I suppose I should just go by my tickets, but wondering if there has been a change?

If the game sells out, they also sell standing room only tickets on the day of the game for like $5 or something. This gets you into the game (and the student tailgate area) but unless it is horrible weather like homecoming where a lot people don't show and there are open seats basically means that you will be standing in one of the corners of the stadium to watch the game.

Normally at this time of year the games are moved up to 12:05 since we don't have lights, but with Altitude covering the game I believe the start time is 1:37. I suggest showing up at 10:00 AM that way you know for sure you won't miss kickoff.

The game IS to start at 1:30 or just after. This IS due to Altitude covering the game which has the coaching staff concerned about darkness playing a role if the game is a long one.

On the Coach Kramer TV show they made a point of letting the fans know that the game was a 1:30 start.

Also we can start this late because daylight savings is later this year so we don't have to start at noon.
