Another Hand-Me-Down From the Griz
You've got our 1940's bleachers, and now a 3rd level assistant coach. I'm thinking we should start shipping our trash your way.

Props to MaZoo for the excellent set, but 1BB nailed the spike to perfection. I like the sig as well ... nicely done.1BadBobcat wrote:Thanks anyway, but your mom is already in my bedMaZooLaGriz wrote:You've got our 1940's bleachers, and now a 3rd level assistant coach. Thanks BAC, but that was way too easy. I'm surprised how few people - noteably Griz fans - get the meaning of the sig. But I find it appropriate!Bay Area Cat wrote:Props to MaZoo for the excellent set, but 1BB nailed the spike to perfection. Boy, considering all that, it's a good thing we don't have your stupid mascot or collapsible goalposts - can you imagine how badly we'd beat you then???MaZooLaGriz wrote:You've got our 1940's bleachers, and now a 3rd level assistant coach. I'm thinking we should start shipping our trash your way.

Mazoola I am all for smacking the Cats but actually like their signing of Huse is a bad thing is pretty dumb. If anything it is bad news for us!MaZooLaGriz wrote:You've got our 1940's bleachers, and now a 3rd level assistant coach. I'm thinking we should start shipping our trash your way.

in case you'd like to deal with the facts regarding Huse's coaching history, the following was taken from the um website. note that he was a CAT by degree and as an assistant coach long before his time at um:
Head Coaching Career
Before coming to the University, he had an extremely successful head coaching stint at Jamestown College in Jamestown, North Dakota, for eight seasons, compiling an eight-year record of 184-60.
During his coaching tenure at Jamestown College the Jimmies had six consecutive 20-win seasons (1998-2004) and went 60-3 in DAC-10 conference games the past three seasons. His teams advanced to four NAIA national tournaments during his tenure.
His final season (2003-04) at Jamestown, Huse's team set a school record by going 30-3 overall, and he had the first team in school history to be undefeated in league, going 18-0. That squad was ranked first in the country during the entire season.
Huse has also had coaching stints in the college ranks at his alma mater, Montana Tech, from 1991-94, and at Montana State from 1994-96.
During part of his tenure as the head basketball coach, Brad also served as the Jamestown's athletic director from 2000-04
