Ah come on... Make it easy for us. Ok?

We'll win... you don't really doubt that. But if you try really, really hard, and bang some of our guys up, we won't be 100% for the playoffs.

Now come on... you've got absolutely nothing to gain, and you really do want a MONTANA school to do well, right? I know we can count on 'ya!

Ok, say after me: G - R - I - Z.

See? It's not that hard.

Once again: GRIZ.

Now: GO GRIZ!!

By cracky... I think you've got it!

Nope. When I was a young lad, I rooted against the griz when they lost to Marshall. In fact, I was at a bobcat basketball game last year when they were playing JMU, and after the cats won, I watched the griz lose. And before anyone says it, it's not griz envy, it's griz hatred. Plain and simple. I will never root for the Griz. Ever. Just like Ohio State fans never root for Michigan, or Oklahoma State fans never root for Oklahoma. It's just WRONG to do so. [-(

I don't root for the Grizzlies and I find it very hard to root for them. This team has always made me angry and I don't think the Cats should "take it easy" on the Griz. To quote Jets coach Herm Edwards, "We play to win the game!" So GO CATS!

Well, there were those two recently when we did a little rolling over. Remember? I know, soon to be ancient history.

The new cat mantra (sp) starting Sunday. Next year when it's 3 out of 5 we'll see whos laughing.

After next season, it will be 4 out of 5. I think that even being unproven, Carpenter will be able to beat the griz in WAgriz stadium. Lulay did it as a freshmen, Carpenter will be a junior who has been in the system for a few years now.

Highly unlikely, but I can't resist asking: Since when?

Yea....with that high octane offense you run....I sure hope you dont put up 80 passing yards on us. That may result in a whole three points!

Do the math-- The LAST 3 OUTTA 4--THEN- 4 OUTTA 5. It's a simple math progression.

dUUUMMMMb U strikes again.

First, your choice of usernames belies labeling me "dumb".
-------------
Second, the question "since when", relates to the starting point you elected. Going back - say 15 years for a pretty good sampling - and ignoring the probability that the S@'s will continue their slide, it would be:

3 out of the last 15
-------------
Third, the more likely "math progression", would be:

3 out of the last 4, then
3 out of the last 5, then
3 out of the last 6, then... well, you get the idea. I hope.

so the griz only have what...2 championships in over 100 years? so you shouldn't expect to have another until the 22nd century! good reasoning.

Well, let's see... Going back to the first NC, the Griz won in 1995, then again 6 years later in 2001. So, 2001 + 6 = 2007. That's examining a history of only 10 years, but it's more reliable than just 4. But we all know things are spinning faster and faster, so I wouldn't doubt it'll happen sooner.

Hmm.... maybe I need to rethink that. Let's see... looking at the Cats, you "won" (tied at zero) a NAIA bowl in 1956, won a Division II NC 20 years later in 1976, and then 8 years later finally pulled down a real 1-AA NC in 1984. But that was 21 years ago, and the Cats are for damn sure not going to take the NC in 2005! Wonder if things are slowing down on the east side of the Divide, in proportion to how they're speeding up in the west?
