That is pretty pathetic for a "proud man." You should go take your weak ass trash talk to egriz where this crap passes as wit.Proud Griz Man wrote:So, what are the keys to winning a road game bobcats?

It's funny cuz he just took it from El_Gato's signature on egriz.

Exactly right. Gato refused to acknowledge that his 'signature' was smack. There are a few MSU fans that include these smack comments in their signature lines on e-griz (to annoy).CelticCat wrote:It's funny cuz he just took it from El_Gato's signature on egriz.
I started a thread about football and included Gato's same phrase, except slamming MSU. You guys reacted, as predicted. The fact that the thread was moved into the Smack forum is further proof.

You'd make a lousy lawyer, PGM.
I never claimed that my signature isn't smack; of course it is.
But it is not similar in nature to bronco claiming that Bobcat fans only act tough in crowds. Bronco fired off that statement, I took exception to that comment & challenged him on it. Feel free to be offended by my tagline. I believe that is my intent. If you'd like to take exception to it & challenge me on it, be my guest.

Just wondering, if El's tagline was making fun of bozeman or the cats would PGM still be offended?!?!Proud Griz Man wrote:Exactly right. Gato refused to acknowledge that his 'signature' was smack. I'm disappointed, EG. Aren't you going to defend yourself against the reaming your fellow Cat fans gave you over the allegation that your sig is "weak-ass trash," "doesn't pass for wit" here, and that you "have an IQ of zero" for writing something like that? If my fellow fans said something like that about me, I'd at least try to fight back.El_Gato wrote:You'd make a lousy lawyer, PGM.

I'm not offended in the least.
I know Mr. Quast and Mr. Nicastro personally, and I have no problem with their responses to pgm. I'm pretty sure they KNEW that was MY tagline from egriz (Quast is a frequent contributor there as well) and their comments to pgm were a slam on pgm's plagiaristic tendencies.
Of course, if I had a dollar for every time some griz fan came up with some original smack........
I'd be broke!

Anyhoo - back on topic... we are going to light them up. As others have stated we will be better off airing it out right away and using that to open up the run - if that's even necessary. I honestly don't think Weber can stop our passing attack. Barring some major meltdown, we win this one by 25, 39 to 14.
Great time to be a BOBCAT!

I think it's fair to say that there's not a whole lot of original smack talk on either side, though. It's gotten to the point where we could pretty much assign numbers to all of the commonly-exchanged insults on these boards, and we could shorten most of the arguments by just referring to each insult by number, so that the arguments would look like this:
Quast: 27!
GL: (looks at cheat sheet for #27, and finds that it says "Hauck has no class!!"). *thinks...ahh, I know.* *posts "96!"*
EG: (looks at cheat sheet, and sees that #96 says "Kramer is a meth addict." *looks at cheat sheet for response* *posts "39!"*
BearBAC (looks at cheat sheet, sees that #39 says "Three national titles!")
***
You get the idea.

I never really understood the phrase "take a crap." Cuz when you think about it, don't you actually leave a crap?UMclassof2002 wrote:Did you ever take a crap so big that your pants fit better?
