You mean this post below?
I received a private message from a poster who says than an imposter is posting under the Wolfman screen name over on the Unofficial Griz Board. He tells me the guy's rhetoric is about 6th grade level, which makes his writing style about three grades too high to be confused with mine.
Let it be known that there is only one Wolfman. The one-and-only Wolfman has spread his brand of unabashed, objective athletic analysis to two message boards......this one, and esugar.com, before his untimely demise on that board for being too much the anti-sugar.
I don't see him ripping on anyone or slamming anyone other than the person who is now his "imposter". Someone really needs to get a friggin' life if they have resorted to copying his username and pretending to post under him. What's even more sad is that the egriz mods haven't seemed to address that yet he was kicked off for not only his opinion but he fought back with all of you guys all the while they got away with taunting him as well. It seemed to go both ways with the nasty discourse and from what I see only one person was booted off.
He commonly refers to egriz as esugar.com. Last time I checked, that was his opinion and it wasn't a direct attack against griz fans who go out of their way on this site to give him crap. NOTE: they follow him here when he posts.
Until I see him making direct threats towards people here, he's welcome in my opinion. Maybe if a smart ass comment wasn't thrown his way EVERY time he posts, he'd be a little more civil to his own "brethren".
As for "coming to his rescue" as you so eloquently stated, I wouldn't exactly call it that but whatever floats your boat. Maybe you should follow some time-tested advice that if you don't like something, ignore it.
It's not a matter of loving the Cats and hating the griz. I have been that way since the early 80's so it's not an issue. Your example of saying it means it's only an issue to you.
