They're going to have to wait, Monty is still needed as our basketball team has at least one more game to play.

I remember I was at a Helena... Brewer? baseball game (I know the Brewers left for awhile, I can't remember if that is the team that came back or not - I don't care I don't like baseball much), and Monte for whatever reason was there. I was wearing a zip up jacket, and he came over to me wanting a high five or something... I just unzipped my jacket and showed him my MSU T-shirt and gave him a defiant look, and he left. Good times. :)

Here is something I find amusing. Reports are that the cat players where confused by the NBA 3pt line on the court. Even though they have played on countless courts all year and know perfectly well where a college 3pt line sits :?: . The fans of these players have in the past chanted "honor student" in reference to Kamar Davis.
I find it very interesting that these "engineering" students can't wrap their minds around and extra arc on the court.

Yes this is smack...and in the smack forum. I also refrained from putting any extra lines in this post so as to not confuse anyone.

Have to agree with your post, Jah. It bothered me to no end to see our players and coach resorting to making stupid excuses like that, when we just flat out stunk it up from outside. Maybe if the players were having trouble adjusting to the lines, Coach should have told them to stop heaving up 3's every time they touched the ball.

Durham couldn't come at Martin from behind, put his hand over Martin's eyes, and Martin would've stilled nailed em. He was on fire.

Almost sounds like we copied your line, the "bad turf" excuse. I for one will just say, we played below grade, "we did not get er done"

AMEN FOR ENDING THAT B.S. EXCUSE! I for one would have gone nutz hearing about it. But you know what tho, with the big sky conferencing being strong as it usually is this year it is possibly for the better that the best team in the league is not representing us *portland state or msu*, for whoever the griz plays is going to be using their bench by the end of the first half the game will be soo lopsided

Where did I say anything about MSU using the 3pt line as an excuse. I said it was funny that MSU students had a tough time wrapping their minds around the extra arc on the floor.

Atleast one more game? You mean the Griz have one more game this season.

Just as every other Big Sky school would have ONLY one more game. Some of the cat fan comments about the Griz getting blown out and having no chance of winning almost sound as if they think it would be different if another BSC team was going. But the thing is, the Griz are the only team with the chance, and I smell contempt because of this.

Yea I don't see why all the Cat fans (or at least some of them) are bashing the Griz because they are going to get blown out. Almost any BSC team every year is going to get blown out, are you telling me you'd rather lose the tourney and watch the Griz get blown out? Frankly I'd rather be the one in the big dance, even if to get demolished. =\

I do want the Griz to suffer a terrible defeat. I hate the Griz and want them to lose. If it were any other team in the Big Sky I would root for them, but NEVER will I root for the Griz.

I also want to note that I do not go on e-griz and make comments about their program. I only make comments on the Bobcat Forum, so I will not feel that I am out of line supporting ONLY our program.

I will always like to see the Griz lose, whether it is in FB, BB or a Hippie Jerk-Off.

I hate the Griz.

No matter how much hatred I had for a school, I would never want to see a hippie jerk-off??

I doubt that. If you guys were ranked #1 in the country I bet all the band wagon fans would jump on for the ride.
