But we also gonna make a deep run into the playoffs....

Funny how you say you dont care that we have a bigger stadium and that our basketball team is better than yours but guess what....I dont care that you beat us this year in football.

Maybe the Griz nation will get over themselves once the Cat fans realize that they are not on the level that the Griz are on whether it be football or basketball. Montana is just a better athletic program than Montana State and maybe we wouldnt be so arrogant if Cat fans wouldnt try to convince us that they are as good as us....

The net effect is as follows. On the same field, the Bobcat football program is CLEARLY better than the Griz 3/4 of the past four years.

I do realize this but cmon, you know that Montana has a better overall football program than MSU does, I dont see why Cat fans just dont wake up and realize this. We went to the National Championship two years ago while the Cats failed to make the playoffs....yes you beat us 3 outta 4 but that does not make the overall program better
This is the crap I'm sick of!!! Can we, on both sides, just STOP rehashing how many wins/ playoff appearances/ National Title fumbles each program has made and MOVE ON!!! In both cases, I am glad that both programs have such diehard fans, and I suppose I count as one, but man, there are bigger things to talk about. Spring Football means the BEGINNING of a NEW SAEASON, so I don't want to talk about how the Griz were in the title game 2 years ago. I am proud of the 'Cats for their previous performances, but we need to move on and look to the future. Both teams have new QBS, both are facing uncertainty, both alumni groups are bored to tears with basketball (look at the number of stupid posts we get on these websites).

As for being missed at games, its a little hard to make a Thursday game when the demands of a job took you 2,000 miles away.

And I'm spent.
30 seconds for you seems about right

We will beat Iowa this year and, once again, Your Flagship will bring recognition and credibility to the state of Montana, the Big Sky Conference and I-AA football.

Have a Nice Day!

I would be pretty shocked if your "flagship" scored any points against Iowa...

You really mean Iowa = ?, Griz = 0? I doubt that. Anyway, most of the final score is already known... Griz = $650,000.

Anyone know how much the kitties are getting for their trip to Boulder this year? Just curious.

In all seriousness I will be pulling for MSU vs. CU. I f*cking hate the Puffaloes. They deserve to get beat down at all times and in all places.

I usually go for the Buffs when they are playing someone I hate because my uncle played for them back in the day, but they will be getting none of my support for this game. This one is MSU all the way.

I have loathed them since the Bill McCartney/Kordell Stewart days. I grew up a Nebraska fan and I have ALWAYS hated CU more than even Oklahoma. I am not proud of the Neuheisel/Hauck connection and I pretend that it doesn't exist.

I used to cheer for CU, just based on regional loyalty, but the scandals there in recent years have soured me on them a bit (that and the fact that I was never really a diehard fan to begin with). I would cheer for the Cats over them regardless, though...

Although, a good female friend of mine did her undergrad there, and I do enjoy giving her a bad time about whether or not she was a part of CU's "recruiting effort," so I guess I can thank their dirty program for giving me that small bit of amusement. :)

At least we agree on hating Oklahoma. The only team I hate more than them are the griz.

I will make a relative bet with MSU and the Colorado game. Name the terms, ie most points scored, fewest points allowed. It would be conunterintuitive for you to take Iowa in a Griz vs. Iowa bet while MSU is playing their own I-A opponent.
