Not sure what MSU makes NET on a home game, but I'm sure its less than the Griz do so it probably all works out pretty close. Especially considering the Grizzlies have paid off 2 teams in the last year 50,000 to cancel games. If the Griz keep it up, all they are going to be able to schedule are DIV II and DIV 1-A games. No one in 1-AA is going to want to risk scheduling a game with them since they go back on their word.

The reason they are getting that much is that Moos sold the idea based on his relationship with UM. He's helping you out, good for you. Oregon stunk it up last season so you might have a better game than a lot of people think. However, Ducks vs. Griz? I've rooted against both teams so much this is a hard one. If you did beat them, though, maybe it would shut up a few of my buddies who think the Pac 10 is the only real football thats played. So, I don't know if I can say this, but, go griz.

Why didn't Moos also comment to his Oregon fans that the Ducks will be playing the same team that lost to Portland State last year?

Mike Price wasn't ready for the Ducks.

I saw the g* play the Ducks on a hot sunny day when Super Dave was still a youngster. um gave them all they could handle, in fact I thought they had a chance to win. Hope they kick butt this time, but wouldn't bet on it.

hmmm one thing i have not seen on a thread about the D1A games. I hope i am correct in assumeing the cats are getting all expences paid on their trip to oklahoma. (KMAX, BAC care to comment?). the real question is if the griz are getting all expences paid also, if not then the cats are getting the better deal - longer trip to oklahoma
