Yeah, because it was our decision.

I think you would find that at least 95% of Bobcat fans wanted to see the Dakotas added, and I believe that MSU's President Gamble was one of the most outwardly vocal proponents of adding the Dakotas...

...however, if "rabbit88" is any indication of the type of fans at SDSU, then maybe I am glad we pushed them away. I guess we can all sleep secure in the knowledge that our team will still have a shot to win Big Sky titles, since South Dakota State won't be in the conference to dominate everyone.

Boys, you got absolutely killed by Nebraska today in basketball. Part of that is due to the bad karma you now have for not allowing sdsu into your league. The ONLY reason I can think of was because you feel that you would not be able to compete with us in the long run. Go SDSU!!!

I wouldn't mind seeing the the teams join the big sky, but I don't want to see this idiot join the big sky. Plus, they need to change their mascot before joining.
