A pugle is a beagle/pug mix. Pu(g)(bea)gle.
You now have expanded your yuppie vocabulary.

the yuppie vehicle of choice is a subaru outback
Actually, I have a friend who is more of a "hippie" and she is looking at purchasing a Subaru Outback. So, I guess it's not just for yuppies!

Why would you do such a thing? Unbelievable genetic confusion... the poor thing must look like gtapps avatar!
Hey-- gtapps avatar is now the official yuppie dog!

I saw the puggle thing on a Katie Couric segment. apparently they are the "in" accessory to young rich celebs. I just saw it as another chew toy

those celebs need to get a REAL dog like my mastiff's
catsrback76 - I put the www address for a corso on my post, so you can see what it is. If you like heelers, corso's are also farmers dogs.

Thanks briannell... yea that looks like quite the beast. I like heelers because they worship me... and will die for the cause

. I however am going to get back into the hunting dog world again.
Check out my current fascination...

I fear however, that gtapps avatar might become THE BEAST for yuppies to have to have.

nice choice good bird dogs. friends outside of great falls use the short haired pointers and they are great for pheasant and dove hunting. nice around the family as well.
yup the corso is a wonderful beast, my kids are crazy for the corso's, although i keep the English at home with us. When I walk the corso's everyone is affraid they'll be eaten

the cane corso is a great breed, but there are a lot of ignorant people that think they are the breed that killed whipple in SF (that was a presa from the Canary Islands) and they are horrible dogs, so I've had threats to poison the corso's I've worked with. may be we should put PETA on the case

Gotta disagree with you here. Audis are the yuppie car here, which is funny, because in europe, they are seen as the nerd/geek car.
BMW>Audi IMO

, especially BMW M5>Audi RS4
Call me a yuppie all you want, but an M3/M5 is my dream car. 343 hp I-6 turbo (which means torque up the @$$, 270 ft-lbs to be exact), 0-60 in 4.7, 0-100 in 11.5. 60-0 in 2.6 seconds

.

Eric Curry
STILL makes me sad.

Is anything really better than a vette?

Like Fine Red Wine. Mellow, full flavored, strong with character. Goes down smooth and leaves a nice buzz.

were you referring to my comment about the nice Jag or older men? I say this would be a very good discription of both
My friend swears there's a super hot 40 year old blonde fish and wildlife guy in Missoula never married that would knock the socks off any woman around. I think this is one of those "urban legends" things, but she swears he's as good as Pitt. It's funny to get around a bunch of women and hear that if there was a "do over" they'd age their husbands by a minimum of 5 years when they first got together as a couple, but most of us would have been happier if they were 10 years older at the time. after all 40 is the new 20

That all depends on whether Rebecca was talking about Brad Pitt or Mr. Pitt from Seinfeld. I'm almost 40 so I guess I'm the new 20....Rock On!
