Quast, if my life is ever so pathetic that I feel compelled to do anything because you tell me that I "should," I sincerely hope that someone feeds me some poison.mquast53000 wrote:Hey Grizlaw, I thought you were above this “Smack” talking? What "should" Rico be doing then? He was the one who first (in an ironic manner) introduced the school teacher talk.mquast53000 wrote:Hey Grizlaw, I thought you were above this “Smack” talking? We could probably work out arrangements to execute many tasks, Quast, some of which might result in my ingesting poison. However, since the scenario I described would also involve my own life becoming pathetic enough that I started feeling compelled to do what you tell me I "should" be doing, I honestly cannot imagine any set of circumstances that would bring the scenario about.mquast53000 wrote:You know what, we probably could work out an arrangement of some sort to execute this task...

El Gato,
grizlaw and bac don't seem to realize this is a game. scats started by saying my skin was too thin and I should move to a different board. By diverting the topic to his grammar and spelling ineptness, we all found out who had the thinner skin.
scats had to put grizlaw on retainer to defend him, and bac was waiting for me to stumble, which didn't happen.
The game was never about grammar or spelling it was all about reaction and skin thickness.
Hey law, your sentence was correct. I verified it with my people. That's one point for you.
We all know that posting is much different from writing formally, so none of us should be too concerned if we misspell or use improper grammar.

It was a rhetorical question. I guess we need an emoticon for that now.Uncle Rico wrote:BAC,Bay Area Cat wrote:What "should" Rico be doing then? they say cat fights between women are good fun, but you boys are getting much better at this, and thus more enjoyable.

-side note- we need more fluff on hang out I think we've covered ACLU and politics in general way too much

And scats, please do work on your spelling and punctuation. Your post is fraught with gramatical errors and misspelled words.
You probably used to be good at the english language, but I imagine the years of hard drinking have taken their toll.
Amazing how quickly your view changed on this issue.Uncle Rico wrote:

That would be taking my comments out of context. Before I stated that posting is different from formal writing, or technical for that matter, I explained that it was all a game to test scats.Grizlaw wrote:Uncle Rico wrote:

Nah, not really. I don't really take anything that happens on any message board seriously.Uncle Rico wrote:That would be taking my comments out of context. Before I stated that posting is different from formal writing, or technical for that matter, I explained that it was all a game to test scats.

I have enjoyed watching you backpedal and get all defensive on this thread, though. Thanks for a few days of cheap entertainment.

I hate to break it to you, but you are being defensive right now.Uncle Rico wrote:I guess your definitions of backpedalling and defensive are different from mine.
There is nothing to backpedal from or be defensive about. I got rid of scats, mission accomplished.

Like I said before, Quast, you will know that my life has become pathetic enough when I start obeying people like you. Another indication might be that I begin to care about your opinion of my life, my posts, or any other topic.mquast53000 wrote:Grizlaw your posts are getting pathetic, so I was wondering if your life is becoming “pathetic enough.” When that happens we have established a course of action to take.
mquast53000 standing by.
Until one of those things happens (and trust me, none of those events is going to happen anytime soon), I really wouldn't worry too much about it.
