Third rate city? We actually breathe clean air here. We aren't covered in smog and we dont have to worry about our pets being thrown into a river over here.

I'm sure the BSC coach of the year Mike Kramer would beg to differ with you. Also, U.S. News' Best Colleges of 2006 lists Montana State University, and that "third rate" facility was 8th in the nation in I-AA for total attendance. Out of over 100 I-AA schools, I would hardly call that third rate.
