Larry K = Whiny Girl

Post by longhorn_22 » Sat Jan 14, 2006 6:21 pm

Larry K is the biggest whiner I have ever seen. Every call against his team, he would pretty much cry about. The whole first half was him telling the refs what to call. I tried to get some kleenex for him, but I came up unsuccessful in my search.

*EDIT*
This should be in the smack board. Move it if you wish.

Shouldn't this be in the smack talk forum? Larry is definitely very animated on the sideline. He's broken a clipboard so far this year, tore his tie off (not just took it off..actually tore it off), and has done some interesting hop/dance moves over there and glared at many refs :P Nothing wrong with that, he's a good coach...and if you are showing a lot of fire out there as a coach it probably helps get your players fired up as well and shows them the intensity that you want them to play with.

By the way, while we are taking shots at coaches... did you guys catch the man-boob sighting on the halftime show? J/K cat fans :)

I could care less. He does what he has to do to get his team some calls. It is no small wonder we complain about getting screwed by the refs every game, Mick has no idea how to work the refs. The worst he does is raise his voice above a whisper and glare at them really mean-like.

GO CATS GO!!!

I edited my post to move it to the smack forum. I wasn't really thinking of where I was posting when I did.

That whiny coach has out recruited and out played your team, and with the last 10:00 to go in the game he, and his team, kicked the cats a$$

Larry K. is a very good coach and knows how to work the refs. Whining to the refs will sometimes work to the coach's benefit. Today it appeared that the Griz were simply the better team with a better coach.

I never said anything about his coaching ability. I think he is an excellent coach, but he just looked like he was calling the entire game instead of the refs. And go back to your EG forums and whine some more about me to impress the other griz fans on that board.

Well whatever works I suppose, I wouldn't trade him for almost any coach at the mid-major level. Good game cats.

Good one. Very original. As usual? Show me where else I have been whiny. I have pointed out bad things about our program, but I'm just pointing out the truth.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that he has outrecruited the Cats. Once you see the Johnsons play next year, you will realize just how good the recruiting has actually been for the Cats. Chawn is gonna be a star in the Big Sky.

As to those who are playing now, how many were actually recruited by coach K? I know that Andrew Strait is good. He will have 2 more good years.

One quick thought, did anyone else catch the remark in the game by the announcer that he needed a calculator to figure out how many points Dloughy had? And then he comes back and says, "13 points for Dloughy".

Moderators cannot watch the board all the time, I'll refrain from any more Griz/cat smack tonight and move to having a nice cold beer.

- Yesterday and today are helping this Griz fan forget about the football game. Good game cats, Go GRIZ!

No I am not.

It always feels good to see the cats lose to the Griz, it happened twice this weekend, I've had some beer, I'm back from the in-laws, I'm happy. :D

Krysko does the same thing any coach does on the sideline. He gets to do bigger demonstrations because he's a big guy. He must have learned it from Selvig.

GO CATS!
It's always a good day to be a Bobcat fan! :) =D^ \:D/

HA HA HA HAAAA!! Oh, this is a freakin' hilarious post.

Seriously. That's the best you can come up with after getting your a-- handed to you?? That a coach is demonstrative and tries to get calls to go his way?? Man, it must be a really, really sad day in Bozeman.

Last year you were whining about the temporary wooden steps we had put in. Don't even talk about sad days. Go hear the whining after the football game, now that is sad!

You mean all that whining you cat fans did about not making the playoffs?
