The Griz won't win on the road in conference this year! Look at it... they have to be spotted 14 at home because of the awesome stadium... and they won 7-0 giving back the other 7. They will be giving up that 7... on the road... and won't score either! May be this team sets a Friz record for futility this year. Four loses minimum from here on out...
Montana State Fighting Bobcats reign supreme

Just enjoying the conversationlifeloyalsigmsu wrote:Scats do you have a comment to all of these facts that have been addressed towards you or have you just decided to take one foot out of your "mouth" and insert the other?El_Gato wrote:The bottom line is WHATEVER level you're playing at, your ultimate goal is the highest level of victory possible.
In that regard, the Bobcats have achieved the "ultimate" award at their level 3 times; the Griz, 2.
Since we've both been playing in the Big Sky (1963) against the same level of competition, the Bobcats have claimed or shared 10 Big Sky Championships & 2 National Championships. In that same time, the Griz have won or shared 13 Big Sky Championships and 2 National Championships.
This thread began as a weak attempt by a mentally-challenged griz fan making a desperate attempt to "diminish" our football history. My point is any attempts to do so by griz fans simply displays that they worry and/or think about the Bobcats every bit as much as they claim we (Bobcats) worry and/or think about them. Both football programs have much to be proud of and both schools have fans who simply love to hate "the other guys".

Exactly,Go Scats Go wrote:I have listened to the kittie crow about thier three NC and finally wondered what they were all about. So I did some research. Yes three NC'c They were a NAIA, DIV II A 1AA.
As far as I can tell the Bobcats are the only school in college history to win championships at 3 different levels.
WE ARE AMAZING!!!!

Ha! Ha! Ha! Got to go back 100 years, huh? How about this... pick yourself three years - any three years - and let's debate stats from that period? Truth is, the recent history tells the story of where a team and its fans are, and are apt to go. Want to trade stadiums?El_Gato wrote:what precisely did the Griz accomplish in their first 100 years
Everything is always on its way somewhere.

Want to tell me what part you played in getting it built?
