To: All members of Bobcat Nation

Time to come to a conclusion on bearbac. This is the first (and hopefully only) time I have lobbied for banning someone, but I'm afraid we've all been MORE than patient with this moron.

It would be different if he/she/it OCCASIONALLY contributed something positive, analytical, and/or funny, but in the case of bearbac, it's STRIKE THREE, YOU'RE OUT!!

At least jag, ecg, jah, and nick etc. come up with something insightful or funny every now and then; just enough to prove they're human.

It is amazing to me that in light of the griz success, someone like bearbac could STILL manage to harbor so much hate for MSU & the Bobcats. My guess is he/she/it must have flunked out at MSU and is still a bit bitter. That's ok, beara$$ed, dUMb will give you a degree if you ask real nice!

Anyway, I don't know if the moderators will go for this, but I really want to try and rid ourselves of this childish, unintelligent, moronic jacka$$.

hey if we can get through to bearbac that he needs to tone down his act then im not cool with the baning - some of bearbacs posts are actually mildly entertaining

The only things I find entertaining are his inability to type or carry a thought from start to finish. I find myself re-reading most of his posts at least a few times to make sure I have deciphered what his point was. I guess you could call that mildly entertaining.

I doubt the moderators are going to go for it though Gato. They didn't ban never... when he was way worse than Bearbac with the insults, threats, etc. for quite a while. Bearbac isn't really breaking any rules (most of the time) just really limited in his mental capacity and therefore his posts come across as really pathetic. I will give you my vote but not carry too much hope.

I really don't expect them to, either; I just was curious how everyone felt about our Cat-hating "friend".

I'm sure I'll have to just start ignoring his posts; the problem is, he derails & ruins every thread he posts on.

I'll make you a deal, bearbac; I'll stop posting on egriz if you stop posting here. As much as I enjoy the banter over there, I'd gladly give it up to never see any of your idiotic & senseless ramblings here...

Neverplayed did get banned, and is so far the only poster who has gotten the permanent boot. That came from spooky and threatening things he was posting as well as PM'ing other posters. When people cross over that line, they have to be gone.

As for bareback, it is so secret that I personally have no respect for the guy, but I don't necessarily want him banned, either. As long as he keeps his nonsense posts on the smack board (and no longer tries to post stuff on the main board, which he seems to be learning), I don't really care what he does (as long as he isn't using abusive language, as noted yesterday). The smack board really is the place where all the silly bickering and moronic comments belong, so as long as nobody is messing up the threads on the Bobcat Athletics Board, I don't think the moderators are going to have much of an issue with a poster (I hope I am speaking accurately on behalf of the other moderators/administrators).

I think a safe rule of thumb in the smack board is that being an idiot is allowed (and I think we can add "letting someone know that they are being an idiot" to that list), but using abusive or threatening language towards other posters is not.

If bareback really bothers people, just avoid the smack board. If a moron talks smack in the woods, and no one is there to hear it, does he really make a sound?

However, if people do notice posts that cross over the lines of abuse, please PM me or the other moderators, and we can just delete anything that isn't appropriate and then consider further action. We don't police the smack board very closely, so we would be likely to miss anything in there.

The playoffs have 4 seeded teams, the other 4 , 1st round games are factored on revenue If the seeded teams lose, the next game is determined on revenue,etc! This years Bobcat attendance was in the top 3rd of the I-AA, next year the Griz will have an untested Qb, so the Cats may well get a Home playoff game or so, but Sac State and EWU may get in the way again

not your usual bearbac post - we cats fans have to give him/her/it/whoever bearbac is props for this post!
