Per our bet prior to the season:
I must be an IDIOT for predicting the Griz would finish fourth or worse. The Griz did finish in FIRST.
While I believe the talent level is down from last year the Griz appeared to play better football this year and earned their FIRST place finish!
Saturday was my first Cat/Griz game in Missoula that I have attended. As much as I dislike the Griz I must admit; the stadium is very impressive. The whole presentation (time-outs, entertainment, etc.) was excellent. A definite recruiting advantage.
I had heard terrible things about Griz fans, and while their were a few problems, the Griz fans next to me were excellent and made the game more enjoyable.

(Just kidding of course!)I think the Cats will be much better next year but as I told you last week, I still think debth will be an issue. As for the Griz..............I'm waiting for Spring Ball to see just what we'll have!
