if you're keeping score, France gave us Burgundy wine, cigarettes, berets, B.O., brie and the Napoleon complex-Bill Simmons

Seriously WEAK smack.
If you cat fans, in your heart of hearts, believe you have a nicer stadium than the Griz, you deserve a padded room in Warm Springs.
Not to rub it in that "ours is better than yours", but c'mon. The U of M was pretty fortunate for Dennis Washington.
I'd say ours is Top 3 in 1-AA. (probably the best, but I'll be modest)
Yours? Well pretty nice for a AA HIGH SCHOOL stadium.

I'll say this about Wa/Griz, it needs a much wider concourse and more bathrooms! Why they haven't put in club seats is beyond me.

Lets remember WG Stadium was not build within a few years it has been on going since 1986. And if you saw our stadium prior to 2000 you know we have somthing to brag about!Billings_Griz wrote:Seriously WEAK smack.

I agree with the concourse and concessions, but I think not having the club seats and all the boxes is what gives WA-GRIZ it's crazy atmosphere. I know they make money, but real fans don't sit in boxes. If I had my way we would just rip out the all stands so everyone is forced to their feet.Cat-theotherwhitemeat wrote:I'll say this about Wa/Griz, it needs a much wider concourse and more bathrooms! and don't they have to pray 5 times a day and kiss the ass of the football gods? (i.e. Denny Washington, Turf Daddy Edwards, Big Sky refs)Bay Area Cat wrote:I hear that Mecca isn't a very safe place for non-Muslims. And alcohol is forbidden under penalty of death.

And when they gloriously kill themselves by patting themselves on the back too hard, I believe they end up being a concubine for Archie Bunker in a dumpster ... or something like that.grzh8r wrote:and don't they have to pray 5 times a day and kiss the ass of the football gods? BAC if I had my way Mecca wouldn't be safe for ANY muslims, and that alcohol thing would be remedied and put to rest forever over a nice bottle of Canadian Whiskey.Bay Area Cat wrote:I hear that Mecca isn't a very safe place for non-Muslims. And alcohol is forbidden under penalty of death.
After all is said and done even the ignorant muslims know that Washington Grizzly Stadium is a holy place of worship every Saturday.
