Charged with a felony DUI homicide, minimum of 2 years and maximum of 20 years unless there is a plea agreement.
Cut his ass NOW. How awful for the loved ones of the person who was burned alive in their vehicle.

Report this morning says Ruggs was traveling at 150mph, while impaired, when he struck the other vehicle.
