Josh Mcdaniels was fired today, it sounds like a combination of several factors; team record, personal decisions, video taping, integrity and such.
From day one I hated the hire, and it only got worse. Now the Broncos are a less talented team, but the healing and rebuilding can begin.
I just hope Bowlen and team executives learn for this and quit trying to find the next boy genius. Get somebody tough, with an established track record,
and have a separate GM to run the team.

Pretty hilarious/awesome to see the Chiefs and Raiders sitting at the top of the West right now. Going to be even better when the Raiders are sitting at one in a couple of weeks.

Tough one for both teams next week (it's always hard for west coast teams to go play on the east coast). But I would love to see it come down to that Week 17 match-up for the Division title. As good as the AFC is, the Wild Cards will probably not come from the West so winning the division is critical.
