i've been hearing this a lot lately not sure what to think.... Could it be true? They did manage to get rid of that walking mistake JaMarcus Russell but some how I think they will be more of a middle of the road team maybe a wildcard spot, probably not

As a Raider fan, I ask: why not? Who else do you consider a sleeper?

Could acually win lets face it lions chiefs and bills have no shot but I think the Raiders do have a shot with their week conference this year

No, actually Steelers--I don't have a dog in this fight and actually don't hate the Raiders. Just having some fun, although I can't stand Al Davis--you guys would be much better off without him, IMO.

Steelers are kind of out there this year with Big Ben out for the first few, they will need to try and pull out a few without him and then hit the ground running when he gets back.

Yeah, and they don't have depth at RB. If Mendenhall goes down they are in serious trouble. But Troy is healthy and his hair is longer than ever!

Every Raiders fan alive knows they would be better off without Al Davis. We also know that Al is currently 347 years old and will probably live to about 1347.

As a Raider fan the only thing that will make me really happy is somebody figuring out a way to make Al Davis actually die. Short of that, any success and therefore happiness for Raider fans would be destroyed by his stupidity anyway.
edit: Coach beat me to it

i think the raiders have a chance to be a pretty good team this year. your defense is pretty damn good and you actually have some weapons. cambell is better than a lot of people give him credit for.

are you talking about the team or cambell? either way, i didn't say a lot better in regards to either but now that i think about it...i could say a lot better in regards to cambell. unless you have watched him regularly you really don't realize the throws this guy makes. what'd he have three different head coaches and three different offensive coordinators in the last 3-4 years? not even peyton manning could produce with that type of chaos going on. let me just say i think people are going to be surprised at the game jason cambell has. no way he was al davis' idea...it was too smart.
