I have to believe it was sincere, but I think the way he read it made him sound like a robot, almost to the point I was distracted from the message. It's like trying to pay attention to the kid in grade school who's reading a passage from a book but is a crappy reader.

I was never a fan of his strictly because of the Tiger Tantrums (e.g. F-bombs and club throwing), so it was nice that he recognized his conduct needs work.

Having said that, he's the #1 guy on my fantasy team so it would be nice to see him back by the Masters.

or focus. he has too much god-given talent to just quit. his golf skills aren't his problem, it's between his ears.

Pretty good article from ESPN analyzing Tiger's apology. He says a lot of the things I felt, but couldn't put into words, 'cause I'm, you know, an accountant.
