I'm pulling for the Colts simply because I like Manning.

I really don't care for either team, I just hope it's a good game. No matter who's playing I tend to avoid the hype until game time.

Unless you are a dyed-in-the-wool Colts fan, how can you not root for the Saints? The franchise's whole history has been about underachieving, bumbling, making all the wrong moves. And now they have finally made it to the big game. Throw into the equation the whole Katrina thing and how that city has suffered. The Saints players themselves really help out in the community, and for the most part, the guys on that team are pretty first class.

Peyton has his ring. Saints have never even been to the SB, let alone win one.

Geaux Saints!

Madden simulation has picked 5 of the last 6 Super Bowl winners. Saints won this year 34-31. Take the Saints (+4.5) and the overs (56.5/57). Win $$$. 8)

$100 parlay pays $260.

Call me a big softie or just a dad...but this moment made me an even bigger Drew Brees fan. To reach the pinnacle of your profession or sport and be able to share it with your boy. You can see how much both of these accomplishments meant to him at that moment...

We'd turned it by that time because my 7yo had been sobbing since the interception/touch down. He really wanted the Colts to win, not to mention he was up past bedtime to watch the end.

What a good game to end two fantastic seasons.

Haha, that's kind of funny - not that you lost, just all the betting. I called a buddy of mine after the game to inquire about his action. He was 4 for 4 on his plays, including a bumping his coin toss streak to four years.

I was amazed to find out that this was the most watched television event in history. It even beat out the final episode of M.A.S.H. I thought it was a intriguing matchup but never thought it would be that big. Something like 106 million viewers.
