Central Valley (Spokane) kicker booted a 67 yd field goal to send game into OT.

Maybe one of our coaches was out in Spokane recruiting during this bye week? :-^

Great kid and student. I have had him in my class here at Central Valley. Austin carries a 4.0 gpa too. Thinking his recruiting will pick up a tadbit after this! He said that prior to this he just had a partial offer from Eastern. The Rypien qb from Shadle threw for over 500 yds in the loss. He's just a sophmore.

Sounded like a great game. Rypien threw for 577 yards and 3 TD I believe. I'm guessing he's the son or nephew of Mark?

He's Marks nephew. Been putting up big numbers all year.

eastern washington offered him a partial scholie last week (prior to the 67 yd kick)... he "might" get some more looks now.
