Billings West scored a fairly sizable victory over Glacier last night.

Score around half at Malta was 21-7 Malta over Ronan

In 2nd half, Fairview leads Chinook 22-16 in 2nd half. This one has been going back and forth and sounds like it would have been a great one to be at.

Well Malta just beat Ronan. 31 - 27. Ronan actually scored a TD with 2 minutes left but the officials thought he was out of bounds. Pretty poor officiating in Malta, not that that is anything new. It was pretty awful when I played there as well as later when I coached against them their. That was my fear In playing there. That the officials would take the game out of the kids' hands. Lots of pretty bogus calls all going against Ronan. If this is the best Malta has, then Fairfield will roll them.

Billings Central 14 Miles City 3

Miles City was up 3-0 but lost a fumble on its own 20 with 3:00 to go. With 1:30 left, Ryan Burke threw a 19 yd TD to Jacob Stanton on a 3rd and 9 play. Stanton intercepted a Miles City pass on the next series and ran it back to the 10. The Rams punched it for the final score.

This was a really tough loss for the Cowboys. Their defense had BC bottled up most of the game.

Centrals offense is too predictable and I felt that they did not stretch the field that well. Too many QB runs and they muffed the stupid double hand off a few times. I think this is the first time that Stanton has beaten his brother in the payoffs. A potential future Bobcat the Cats should look at is Jacob Stanton. He is a heck of an athlete. His sister is on track team. Dylan Hanser could be gamer as well. He is a junior. Nice to see many Miles City fans sporting their Bobcat apparel.
