I have read a couple newspaper reports out of Minnesota that Hauck has applied for the U of Min. job now open. It appears though at best he is long shot for the job. U. of MT. AD O'Day has said that he has not been contacted from the other U of M about interviewing Hauck ... Yet.

It seems like he might be interested in the Tulsa job as well. Anyone heard anything along these lines?

To be fair, it is not that he wants out of Missoula, but to get higher quality program ..... ah ..... let me put it another way, bigger budget, bigger facilities, and bigger pay check ...... with a nose like his it will take a Saben type salary to get it fixed!

To be honest I do not know why any coach would want to coach in missoula. If you loose more than 2 games a season the fans are calling for your head on a plate!

Thats not true at all, Robin Selvig loses 6-7 games a year & is still loved.

Griz VB sucked while the Bests where in Missoula, they leave, Wagner takes over & suddenly its a sweep of the Cats & an appearance in the BSC tourney.
