Why college football is better than the NFL

I don't know if that is really the theme of this article, but that's what I pulled out of it:

I have to admit, though, that what he is saying tends to blow up my "If the roll punt was a good idea, everybody else would be doing it" mentality. Apparently that is only how it would work in the NFL. In college, it will be proven to be a good idea if Kramer ends up one day coaching at Florida and brings it along with him.
