Fighting on egriz
I like to go over to egrizz to catch up on griz info. Today I ran across this. Is this the same guy that got banned over here?

I actually feel sorry for Chris for having to put up with some of this stuff.

I've been on various Griz and other I-AA message boards since the 2000 season, and Mr. Dill has been around since the beginning. His exploits are truly legendary -- he single-handedly caused the original Griz message board (UGMB) to close down, and caused one eGriz moderator to voluntarily relinquish his position as a moderator. I don't even know how many handles he has had -- AzGriz was his first and most famous, but there have been many since then. He does have a fair amount of football knowledge, but if anyone ever disagrees with him, he just loses it.Bay Area Cat wrote:We are blessed to not have to put up with several personalities on this board that they have on theirs ... and I know I definitely appreciate that.
I do believe Mr. Dill is one of the few posters that we did ban, yes.
I dunno...I won't belabor things that have been said before. I hope he really is toning it down; time will tell, I guess.

I can't remember what name he was using when we banned him here ... it wasn't "Dill" or anything literal like that, but it was the same guy, apparently.VictorG wrote:I'm wondering if he wasn't the same one under different names?Bay Area Cat wrote: I do believe Mr. Dill is one of the few posters that we did ban, yes.

and his second attempt, WolfmanII, which if I remember correctly lasted all of a couple hours before it was banned also.Grizlaw wrote:WolfmanBay Area Cat wrote:I can't remember what name he was using when we banned him here ... it wasn't "Dill" or anything literal like that, but it was the same guy, apparently.VictorG wrote:I'm wondering if he wasn't the same one under different names?Bay Area Cat wrote: I do believe Mr. Dill is one of the few posters that we did ban, yes.

Yeah...and as an aside, kudos to the mods for figuring that one out so fast, seeing as how he was so sneaky about it and all.kmax wrote: and his second attempt, WolfmanII, which if I remember correctly lasted all of a couple hours before it was banned also.
Maybe they should put you guys in charge of finding the four guys in tuxes in Bozeman?

eGriz has gotten so bad with all the little freshman boys that I only post on the Members side. You can actually have decent conversations there.

You know, I was amazed by how well we sleuthed that one out as well. At the time I forwarded the whole thing to the CIA and requested priority clearance to the Kennedy assasination files as I was positive the three of us would be able to track down the second shooter within days. Alas, it appears our top secret clearance has been hung up in government red tape as I still haven't heard back...I'm sure it'll come any day now.Grizlaw wrote:Yeah...and as an aside, kudos to the mods for figuring that one out so fast, seeing as how he was so sneaky about it and all.kmax wrote: and his second attempt, WolfmanII, which if I remember correctly lasted all of a couple hours before it was banned also.

Those are the "fans" that us cats dont like. You cant mention one thing bad about the Griz or they get their panties in a twist.Cat-theotherwhitemeat wrote:eGriz has gotten so bad with all the little freshman boys that I only post on the Members side. I actually spend more time reading AGS and this board now because of the "power struggles" over there. As someone else stated as well, I mostly post in the members side if I have something to say.canyoncat wrote:Victor,
It is too bad some of your threads get mucked up like that. They do over here on occasion to, but not as much as on yours.
I thought it was the same guy.
Thanks to the mods here BTW!

nope, not a diss on you. There are several people over there that seems to be as quoted "in a power struggle" and others that think every thread is smack. It's like arguing with children and it just got old for me. I still go and look for information that I may have missed elsewhere but it's tough to go through all the crap.Swilly3224 wrote:Im pretty sure that was a diss on me.....Cat-theotherwhitemeat wrote:eGriz has gotten so bad with all the little freshman boys that I only post on the Members side.
