ESPN Phone

Post by SonomaCat » Sat Sep 02, 2006 5:54 pm

This is certainly a gratuitous plug, but I was just checking my ESPN phone to see how quickly they update my "favorite players" section (Carpenter, Groves and Kinkelaar are my current selections), and I noticed a new icon. I can now watch ESPN football games live on my phone.

This is just so cool. I am watching Cal get killed by Tennessee in quite viewable format on my phone! I can now leave the house on Saturdays!

I think it was free with my package (about $70/mo including tax - 400 daytime minutes, unlimited otherwise).

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me when I was in MT. I could get voice without roaming, but the content services don't work.

I think it essentially works anywhere that Sprint has a network presence.
