Wonder if anyone knows what kind of incentives Coach Kramer receives. His base is about the same as Glenn's (just that his is on a year-to-year basis

I am a little surprised they gave him a contact extension with his team falling apart so badly at the end of last season.

Me too. This is going to be a big year for Joe. He made quite a splash 2 seasons ago and was off to a great start last year until the swan dive the last 1/2 of the year. I would have thought that they would have let this season play out before making any kind of further commitment.

From earlier press reports, both Kramer and Haucks base is around $100,000.00 with incentives getting them to near $150,000.00
Average assistants is well below $50,000.00

That may be the case, but i know Kramer hasn't recieved his bonus from winning a share of the title last year. The board of regents, in addition to nixing a multi-year contract, will not let Fields, Gamble, or the QB Club give him money.
Not that he's in the poorhouse, but its frustrating to not see a financial reward for a successful season.

I don't care if it's coach Kramer or the steam plant janitor, if a performance bonus is earned it needs to be paid.
With all due respect Catgrad05, I hope this information isn't accurate. Talk about an incentive breaker!!
