Surprising hire for UT Lady Vols

When I read about this I thought about the similarity of hiring Logie, coming up from a smaller division.

But only to a minor extent. The UT Lady Vol program has a heck of a legacy and for them to go out and hire someone
with such limited coaching experience to a big time program is amazing. I guess the most incredible "coaching promotion"
in college was when Notre Dame hired Gerry Faust from high school football.
