There is some non-Bobcat TP discussion in other threads but I thought this would be a good place to discuss the portal activity for other teams.

Yikes - thats kind of a big loss for the griz. He flashed a lot of ability this year, albeit in mop-up duty mostly against backups. But most griz fans I know were very high on him.
So what does the griz QB 2-deep look like next year? Kris Brown and a transfer presumably?

By my count, the University of Idaho has 13 players in the portal. I find that interesting as that seems to be a large number considering their upward trajectory. Could be a delayed action due to the first-year coach, I suppose.

The pink site says its Jack Tuttle from U of Indiana heading their way. One year of eligibility left. Played a few games, but never stuck as their starter.

They also have a Kalispell QB, Sliter? But he'll be a true freshman so doubt he'll play right away.

There’s been a lot of talk about Tuttle from Indiana coming to Missoula. Nothing is official, yet, and I’ve heard that some other teams have come after him late so I don’t think it’s a done deal. He started against Penn State and was having a fantastic game before getting hurt and having to sit out all season. I believe he also beat Wisconsin. Would be a great addition in my opinion but I honestly don’t think it’s a for sure thing.

Many coaches are all-in with the transfer portal. Could be the wave of the future. Be interesting to see how it works out. USC nailed it last year.

It also appears they replaced their OC which may have convinced a few key players to not enter the portal. At least according to egris if you can believe any of it.

James Madison and Charlotte are hitting the portal hard. Two FBS schools that are more like FCS schools are raiding the portal for former FCS players.
Jackson State has 26 players in the portal.
Now that is "Prime Time!"

More like 100, but yes. Two have already transferred to FBS programs.
