Wow, that sucks for them. But I still like ndsu to get back to Frisco. They will crush Samford, and even on the road I don't see them losing at Sac State, assuming Sac gets past UIW. Sac didn't even get 100 yards rushing last weekend vs. Richmond, what are they gonna get vs. ndsu??

Luepke did not play against the gris. That was one factor that kept the game so close.

He hasn't played since the SIU game on 11/12

Bad for Luepke and NDSU but good for everyone else. I agree that NDSU still has a pretty clear path to Frisco and I'd never bet against them but this could be the year someone finally beats them there (if it's MSU or SDSU that make it).

I didn't watch much of the game but I saw Skattebo only had 21 yards rushing. Anybody know what the deal was there? They just shut him down or did they go in a different direction? He's not hurt is he?

They seem to run him with O'Hara, when they put the passing QB in they use a different back. UR jumped out to t lead and SAC went into passing mode, I think they should have just "Run the Damn Ball" with O'Hara and Scattabo. Even when they put O'Hara in they did more passing with him. IMO Taylor almost lost it for them.

Never want to see a good player like this down by injury.

Best of luck moving forward. Get healthy. Keep running.

Truly baffling strategy by Taylor. You have one of the best backs in the country and you barely use him. He only got 9 carries. It is pouring rain and Taylor decides to pass. Don’t be surprised to see Skattebo at an FBS school next year.

I think O'hara had a bad game and that drug down the running game. They were throwing it all over the place but between drops(like really really bad drops) and interceptions(really really stupid interceptions) they couldn't put the game away until late. It was baffling they didn't let Skattebo get rolling, maybe saving him for next week?

I think they’ll beat SAC but I thought NDSU’s defense wasn’t great against UM. If UM can be that successful on the road vs the Bison, then I think SAC can really put up some points at home. Both teams could end up in the 40s.

Hopefully the monsoons of Cali hold off. I think good weather favors Sacs passing game.

Looks like rain stops late Thursday night/early Friday morning and starts again about 10pm Friday night. Forecast for almost 2". Big time dumping. We all know how we can rely on the forecast.you.

They kinda did the same thing vs the gris. They were running wild but Taylor insisted on passing. Maybe it's that the Olines finally started getting push later but O'hara and Scattabo were doing to them what the Cats did and it was like TT said this is working to well, lets chuck the ball all over the place. He didn't really go to the ground till the 4th. Now this game he did the same thing. TT is a great coach but I think he over thinks things occasionally.
