Really good article. Obviously coming from the Crews family perspective, but it appears Bobby really botched this one.

I was wondering if someone would post this. I agree with Akem that although harsh, this is probably what needed to happen to teach the lesson that needed to be taught.

Interesting he'll be going to MSU part time. I wonder how the African-American members of the team would feel about him playing for the Cats?

The cancel culture is wicked. The kid was 17,. Made one mistake and could pay for it the rest of his life.

At what point in time will everyone (and everything) have been cancelled? Or is it just one-half? Asking for a friend, if I can find him/it/they/whatever.

Would have thought the JC route would have been a better choice than going part time. Not sure he will be able to play for a Montana team in the future, but following a solid JC season another team would pick him up.

I've read where he (I think) was a 4.0 GPA valedictorian, so I'd imagine that academics played a large role as well....additionally, I wouldn't be shocked if he received an academic fee waiver as part of the MUS honors scholarship program.
