Toure just had a nice reception called back by a interference penalty away from the play. End of third quarter.

The Illinois/Nebraska game was enjoyable. Typical "week 0" sloppiness but also some good hitting.

UCLA whipping up on Hawaii 31-3 about 4 minutes to go before half.

Eastern Illinois (OVC) at Indiana State (MVFC) played on a hot day in Terre Haute. Big guys cramping up in the second half. Indiana State had some success with a wildcat qb that Eastern Illinois never really solved. Indiana State took advantage of turnovers. I suspect both of these teams will finish in the middle of the pack in their respective conferences. ISU survives to win 26-21.

This inspired me to check the forecast for Laramie and it appears we'll enjoy a pleasant afternoon in Laramie.

So. Utah lost to San Jose St. 45-14. SUU got one score on an INT. It was a lot worse than the score indicates. They were down 35-7 midway through the second quarter.

They couldn't really cover anyone

Yeah that game was ugly. It looked like they were playing with 9 guys on D.
