Anyone else surprised that WSU didn't get a top four seed? They made semis last year and went 5-0 in the spring. Not good enough, I guess.

Snatching victory from the jaws of defeat in multiple games on hail Marys probably had something to do with it. And probably also because their offense isn't very good (owing to needing those hail Marys).

Very surprised actually......not to sound biased. The lack of points scored did i think hurt us, but out of all the undefeated teams in the top 10 Weber had the hardest SoS. You'd think the committee would look at that but they didnt. Two teams with at least one loss (one with 2 losses) passed up an undefeated team ranked in the top 3 all year and with recent playoff success. That 4th seed should have been Weber's. The committee really screwed the Big Sky this year. One of the worst put together brackets I've seen since I've been following FCS football.

Eastern up early big time. Was thinking that maybe that aura was done. NDSU really started rolling and dropped the Eags 42-20.

Yep, Weebs was closest but still dropped one LATE in the game, 34-31...

Weber getting it first and goal at the two-yard line on a turnover in the third quarter when the score was tight and they couldn't convert. They tried to do a reverse outside veer run and a pass and then they end up with a field goal to tie it. I picked six out of seven for the first games for the day. Only one I missed was I hope ewu could beat North Dakota State. For my last game I picked Delaware we'll see what happens.

Everyone complained about the MVFC getting 5 teams into the playoff field, but they went 4-1, with the only loss coming to a fellow MVFC team, so maybe the selection committee knew what they were doing after all. It appears that all those playoff berths were well deserved.
