Tennessee-Martin and the Portal

There are a couple of Colleges that had 9. That would make one wonder about issues. But Tennessee-Martin with 13. Sounds like some really serious problems there. Idaho has 7 and NoCo has 5...

But we're they starters or buried on the depth chart and losing scholarships. This year the numbers could be from many reasons besides the culture.
Noco has a new coach so that makes sense.
Idaho, well, petrino, enough said.
