EWU loses to #17 Jacksonville State. They led 28-7 after 1 qtr, and 45-28 to start the 4th but gave up 3 TDs in the 4th.
South Dakota loses at home to Houston Baptist 53-52. That makes the griz win look not as good, as well as hurting the MVC overall.

We should talk about this Northern Colorado and Sac St game. N Colorado getting shut out and losing by 50 is a real embarrassment not to the school itself but to the entire Big Sky Conference.

On the flip side, after watching Sacramento St. hold Arizona St. to field goals most of the game, at least their D seems to be the real thing. No excuse for Northern Colorado, though.

N. Alabama lost to Alabama A&M. Wondering how they beat WIU. Probably because WIU is rebuilding with lots of transfers and was missing a couple starters. NA was +2 turnovers and hit two huge plays 62-yard TD run and a 75-yard TD pass. Game was at NA.
