UNI vs. um

Griz depth chart is out. I'm unable to post a pic for some reason, but a couple things:
Josh Buss not playing this week (injury).
Justin Calhoun, former WR, starting at CB.
RB Jeremy Calhoun not on the list...
I wonder whether Jeremy is still on the roster, or if he's just suspended for a game... he was rumored to be the player who assaulted someone in a bar last Spring.
Anybody know for sure?

There’s an article about Buss out today in the Missoulian. Says he’s available for No. Iowa game to a degree.

Jeremy is in the dog house. He was the one involved in that fight and the damn legal system still can’t figure out whether or not to toss the charges. Until something is formal, Bobby has to put him on a shelf. Not sure what the hold up is from a legal standpoint.

The hold up is probably all the lawyers fighting over who gets to represent him.

Be interesting to see how the O Line does. Bobby said something like, It's a major concern. When you don't get guys blocked, you don't get yards, and you lose games.
Not sure how much he's playing that up but we'll probably find out tonight.
One other tidbit I found very interesting is Robby Hauck as a starting safety. That tells me they might somewhat weak back there, or nepotism is at play. Not knocking the kid because I hear he's pretty good but he's young, small, and I don't think he was going to crack the starting lineup at NAU.

The griz have one returning starter in their secondary.
Northern Iowa senior quarterback had 2,700 yards passing last year & a 62% completion rate.
It's going to be a long day for Bob and Rob Hauck

I hope so, I really want to see those smug pricks get trounced.

Announcers still can't figure out the score!
If that is Colter talking,I thought he was smart enough to read a scoreboard.
11 minutes into the game Mick finally figured out the score before the others!

Now that their scripted plays are over, UNI’s defense is asserting itself a little better.
um’s OL couldn’t get one foot on a 4th down, UNI holds.
UNI’s offense is still trying to get their legs.

Griz in red zone.
With 6 minutes remaining in the first quarter, they already have 113 passing yards...

Got to say Griz are looking good first quarter.
Maybe the BSC will go 2-1 against the MVC
