D’Angelo Gunter (BYU transfer)

eGriz ace moderator Paytonlives announced Gunter as a transfer on the UM online roster last Friday the 13th. Friday. The 13th. Unable to curb his enthusiasm PL posted 8 times in one hour about his discovery. Alas, it all came to a sudden halt moments ago when Colter tweeted Gunter is NOT coming to UM.

Stopped over at Egriz to see if there were any observations gained from the Shrine game. Not much about the game, but noticed that moderator Payton Lives locked the thread on D’ Angelo Gunter. Hahaha! Quick to be the first to make an announcement then quick to make sure that no one can comment on his flub!
Also noticed the Murray thread has been locked and with a quick perusal am guessing that multiple others will get removed as well. Some of the posts in Jenson are appalling.
By the way, anybody hear an update on the bar fight incident involving the Calhoun’s? Last I heard was that the district attorney was looking at whether charges were going to be filed.

No. It was the incident this summer where a couple of players got in a fight outside Stockman’s. One kid had his jaw broken prompting a possible felony charge. The investigation has been complete but no word on whether charges will be filed. The player at the center of the investigation is the starting running back, Calhoun. The handling of the charges is eerily similar to Joey Counts and the Griz kid who was in a fight in Spokane. So much for zero tolerance culture under Bobby.

Payton/Scats is such a complete jackass. You don’t even have to try to make him look ridiculous, just wait a hair and he takes care of it all by himself.

I believe the hold up on pending assault charges is because the prosecutor, school officials, law enforcement, and attorneys want to be on "the same page" if you know what I mean
If there are charges, they have to be minimal so it doesn't reflect any negativity
Come on, hauck's back this has to be keep quiet!
