In all seriousness I think he has a leg to stand on for an appeal. He just needs to bring up the numerous examples of how it's now ok to threaten the President and his family without any consequence.

This guy could work in Public Relations with hauck, they can both serve on the recently formed community panel in Missoula.
They can both speak about violence, abuse, hate, bullying, they've been around it so much!!

Peter Fonda, talk about riding the "coattails" of the family name, didn't know he was still alive! Just learned recently Henry Fonda was a supporter of the communist party.

So right. People on the right never threaten anyone either and walk around freely. But you would never think of giving those examples now would you. It just wouldn't support your narrative.

That said, you have a point. I think AG1 stands a good shot at winning am appeal. Its not illegal to be a doucher.
