Alabama vs Washington

Post by luckyirishguy25 » Sat Dec 31, 2016 1:58 pm

Kick off is ten minutes away, and I hope Washington can make a good game of it. It's a neutral site in the Georgia Dome, but that might as well be Bama anyway, it should be a home game atmosphere for the Tide. Can Peterson's Husky's defeat the Dynasty that is Saban's Alabama?

3 and outs for each team to start the game, Washington made a few positive gaines while Bama's freshman QB almost threw a pick on his first offensive play of the day.

TD Huskies, great balanced 8 play drive capped with a beauty of a TD pass. 7-0 Huskies

Bama answers back with a good ole fashion power run drive. 7-7

First quarter ends tied, but Bama is threatening to score a FG on 4 and 5. Bama has done a good job to starting to contain the huskies explosive offense, and using the power run to muscle their way done the field.

Great game so far. Huskies can't afford to turn the ball over like that but luckily Bama only get a FG.

Bama seems to get 8ypc running straight up the middle. I don't know why they do anything else.

Yeah seems strange to go away from what is working, but I think I yell that at my TV 100 times every Cat game.

Bama's D line is dominating and controlling the game. Even if the Huskies hold strong, they'll wear out fast without the offense getting some TOP.

Poor punt there. Bama with great field position. Huskies Can't keep putting so much pressure on their D, offense needs to help a little more.

Huskies need that Offense to come to life or this is going to turn into a turtle.

Bama trying to throw a pick, not sure why they aren't happy to just smash it down the field... and then they do.
